Tuesday is “International Beer Day”. And it’s kinnnnnnnnd of a holiday for a pub.
New Exec Chef Adam Olson, fresh from Boston (DelFresco’s, Barcelona Wine Bar) has been re-inventing the menu, and we thank the Food & Bev gods for this awesome timing, because alot of his dishes and creations feature beer as an ingredient.
Make sure you check out the amazing Irish Beer Fondue- 3 artisan cheeses mixed and boiled with Guinness, served with crostini chipped from house made breads. Seriously, you’ll clap.
